On the hourly chart of NZDUSD, yesterday a local triangle pattern was considered as a trading setup. Trading was based on the breakout of the range created by the pattern. This resulted in a signal to go short in the market. I then checked the dollar pairs and noticed a prevailing trend in favor of the dollar. Therefore, I entered a short position in the market.
